Follow the installation manuals provided by the manufacturer. Use the quick user guide “SMD_HVxxxx/SMD_LV2/Kehua_BCS_00” and “SMD_LV2/Kehua_BTS_00” detailing the connection of the communication cables.
Commissioning
If a BCS cabinet is installed, it is required to verify the electrical connection between grid and the voltage sense connector in the inverter.
To do this:
- Switch grid ON
- Switch the grid breaker on the BTS cabinet ON
- Measure AC voltage between the inverter AC busbar and the voltage sense connectors.
The values should be as below:

Now that the cable order has been verified, you may proceed with commissioning.
Note: In grid-tied mode, the inverter may display a *phase rotation error*. Should this occur, one grid phase needs to be swapped until the error disappears. Repeat this test after swapping any AC cable.
Enter settings, type in the inverter password from Kehua. navigate to GRID PROTECT PARAMETERS, and change the following settings to match the below.
